North Star Maintenance Group

NorthStar Maintenance Group is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will clean, sanitize, and maintain three small offices.

The ideal person for this position has experience, enjoys working individually or on occasion as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.  There are two offices in Corbin and one in London. Each office will be cleaned twice each week. It will take approximately two hours to clean at each office, So, it'll be 12 hours a week and pay will be $140 each week. It's extremely important this person is very dependable.

Responsibilities: 

• Clean –  Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned properties.  Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.  Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture.   
• Stock – All toilet paper, paper towels and soap dispensers.
• Other – Pick up and empty trash containers.  

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull
• Must be dependable
• Must have reliable transportation
